MORE THAN A LIST OF DATES

Give your team a view of the whole.

01

See what fits.

Look at school breaks, seasonal focus, sermon series, and church activities together. Make decisions in the context of the whole year.

02

Get ahead of the work.

Open an event to see its preparation timeline. Editable templates help your team agree on tasks, owners, and deadlines months ahead.

03

Protect room to recover.

Set a church-wide pace of Plan, Prepare, Implement, and Rest. Protected rest requires two confirmations before an event can interrupt it.

HOW TO USE RHYTHMS

Start with a conversation.
Keep it a living plan.

Use this with your ministry leadership team. You can work through the questions together or return to one section whenever something changes.

  1. Understand your seasons.

Choose your planning window and map the community rhythms that shape people’s availability.

  2. Set your pace and priorities.

Protect rest early, then connect seasonal focus and teaching with events, ongoing ministry, serving, and leadership rhythms.

  3. Build the calendar as you go.

Each item saves when you add it. Select “View the calendar” at any step; press Escape to return to the planning page you were on.

  4. Prepare, review, and learn.

Select an activity for its Gantt plan. Review the next three or six months, adjust the work, and carry lessons into next year.

Make room for what matters.

Begin with the questions. Return whenever your church’s plans change.
